Why this Program Exists

Sugie Lane Vasquez endured domestic violence for more than twenty years before her life was taken by her husband.
This program was created to educate, empower, and inspire young women to recognize their worth, build healthy relationships, become leaders in their communities, and help prevent domestic violence through education, awareness, and advocacy.
Her story is why we start earlier.
Before the red flags become normal.
Before control is mistaken for love.
Before a girl forgets what she deserves.
Ambassadors will also have opportunities throughout the year to earn volunteer and community service hours through community events, workshops with younger girls and moms, school presentations, awareness projects, educational videos, and social media campaigns. Whether they’re speaking, helping behind the scenes, or creating content, there will be different ways to get involved, give back, build confidence, and help start conversations that matter.

What We’ll Talk About.
